Delivery

Minimum order for delivery is $50 and a $5 delivery fee.

Rathmines Butchery will be delivering to the local Lake Macquarie area (see map below).
If you are outside this area and would like to purchase our product please contact us.

Standard delivery days are Tuesday and Friday afternoons, between 9:00am and 12:00pm. We’re happy for you to contact us to make other arrangements if these times do not suit.

Place your order either online by 10:00pm or phone our shop during trading hours, the day prior to delivery.

How do I pay? 

Rathmines Butchery accepts Visa, MasterCard and Cash. We carry a mobile eftpos system and you will not be charged until your order is processed and delivered. That way the exact weight and price of each product is known. Upon ordering, you will be given a quote for your order that will be within 10% of your estimated order value.

Rathmines Butchery will assume that anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods is authorised to receive the goods.
We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery, due to the perishable nature of the goods.
If you are not going to be home at time of delivery, consider getting your delivery sent to your work, or alternatively leave an esky for your goods to be placed in. Please leave instructions for delivery in the comment section upon checkout.
Our delivery driver will call you prior to delivering to take payment for goods over the phone, if you choose to have your goods left unattended.
