You have the option of cooking and preparing yourself, or our professional staff can prepare, cook, slice and serve at your venue of choice. We can also supply potato bakes, salads and even desserts, if needed.

All meat is cooked and prepared on our premises. We have very generous portions and pride ourselves in delivering the best quality products.
We can also provide staff to cook and serve at your venue. Please contact us for functions with 100+ people.
