Stovetop
Brown 500g cubed chicken and 1 chopped onion in a large soup pot.
Add the packet contents along with 9 cups water, 3 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery stalks and a tin of coconut cream. Bring it up to the boil, then cover and drop the heat right down, letting it simmer gently for 1½ hours.
Stir through 2 chopped tart apples and give it another 20 minutes to soften. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Rathmines Butchery offers local delivery across the Lake Macquarie area. Minimum order for delivery is $100, with a $10 delivery fee. The fee applies only to the following areas:
Standard delivery days are Tuesday and Friday mornings, between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Please place your order online by 10:00pm the day before delivery, or phone the shop during trading hours. Payment can be made by cash or card on delivery.

Rathmines Butchery offers click and collect for orders picked up in store.
Pickup is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours notice between placing your order and collection.
