Serves 10–12 (1 cup portions)
Stovetop
Melt 6 tbsp butter in a large soup pot over medium heat. Sauté 1 large chopped onion, 4 cups bok choy, 1½ cups diced capsicum and 2 cups diced mushroom until softened.
Tip in the packet contents along with 8 cups water, a 400ml tin of coconut milk, 2 cups plain yoghurt, the juice of 1 lime and 4 tbsp brown sugar. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for around 70 minutes.
Stir through 3–5 cups prawns and 2 tbsp peanut butter, and simmer just until the prawns are cooked through. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a scatter of fresh coriander.
Not a seafood fan? Cooked chicken or beef works just as well.
Slow cooker
Brown the chicken, onion, bok choy, capsicum and mushrooms first. Add everything else and cook on high for 6–8 hours. Drop the prawns in for the final 30 minutes and cook until pink.

Standard delivery days are Tuesday and Friday mornings, between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Please place your order online by 10:00pm the day before delivery, or phone the shop during trading hours. Payment can be made by cash or card on delivery.

Pickup is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
